Mechanism of action of the drug

Tadalafil 20 mg treats  erectile dysfunction in men by inhibiting the effect of (phosphodiesterase 5 enzyme), which is responsible for breaking down the substance responsible for relaxing the muscles of the penis

Warnings and precautions

Tadalafil 20 mg should be used with caution in the following cases:

. If you are taking nitrates such as nitroglycerin, as the drug increases the possibility of hypotension

. Tell your doctor if you are taking medicines for high blood pressure or medicines to treat low blood pressure

 Facial flushing - muscle pain - fatigue - headache - nasal congestion - nausea - low blood pressure - blurred vision

Stop using this preparation and seek immediate medical help if you develop any of the following conditions

. rash

. Tightness in the chest or throat

. Difficulty breathing, swallowing, or speaking

. Swelling of the mouth, face, lips, tongue, or throat

Contraindications to the use of the drug

Do not use this product if

. If you are allergic to any of its ingredients

. Heart or heart rhythm problems

. Having had a previous heart attack or stroke

. Angina pectoris
