Makida Shoe Vein Under The Knee Is Closed
Varicose stocking below the knee closed
Product Description:
Compression stockings are used to support the venous and lymphatic systems in the leg. They provide graduated compression that is maximal at the ankle and decreases in the upper legs and above the knee.
How to use:
1-Hand wash new stockings after you buy them, as this makes them more flexible and easier to put on.
2-Consider buying another pair, if you can afford it, that way, you'll have a clean pair to wear while you wash the other.
3-Bandage any open wound before putting on the compression stockings.
4-Keep your socks near your bed so you can put them on when you wake up. Do this early in the morning, when the swelling in your legs is less.
5-Sit on a chair with a backrest, this will allow you to lean against it when wearing the stocking
6-Hold the top of the sock with one hand.
7- Put your other hand inside the sock and push your forearm towards the end of it so that you can tighten the thumb of the foot.
8- When you grip the big toe firmly, pull your hand back again along the length of the sock, gently rolling it outward but leaving your fingertips where the toe is in the sock.
9- Put the toes in the place of the toes in the sock, then slowly roll it up and slide it back up to the heel, then use your fingertips or palms to slowly roll it and slide the sock along your leg.
10-Be careful not to grab and pull at the top of the sock, as this may cause it to tear or cut.
