How Trolley works:

 Works on Increasing insulin secretion when blood sugar increases, and it also works to delay stomach emptying

How to use trolley pens:

We start with a dose of 0.75 mg injected under the skin once a week

Then we increase the dose to 1.5 mg once in the following week

Then we increase the dose to 3 mg if there is a need for more control in the level of glucose in the blood once a week after at least 4 weeks of the previous dose.

If you miss a dose, give it as soon as you remember, provided that you do not take a double dose to make up for it
