use:

• Perindopril Arginine is in a class of drugs known as an 'ACE inhibitor'.

• It works by widening blood vessels, making it easier for your heart to pump blood through them.

Perindopril Arginine is used for the following indications:
• To treat high blood pressure (hypertension).

• To treat heart failure (a disorder that makes the heart muscle unable to pump blood properly).

• To reduce the risk of heart attacks, such as a heart attack, in patients with stable coronary artery disease (a disorder in which blood flow to the heart is blocked or decreased) and in patients who have previously had a heart attack and/or surgery to enhance blood flow to the heart by dilating blood vessels.

How to use :

The recommended dose is 5 mg once daily.

Warnings and Precautions:

Do not take perindopril arginine

• If you are allergic to perindopril or any of the other ingredients of this medicine, or to any other ACE inhibitor.

• If you have previously had angioedema caused by Perindopril or another ACE inhibitor.

• Angioedema is a condition that presents with signs and symptoms such as swelling of the face, throat, or tongue, wheezing, severe itching, or a severe rash.

• If a family member has previously had angioedema caused by Perindopril or another ACE inhibitor.

• If you are more than 3 months pregnant.

• If you suffer from diabetes or kidney problems while taking aliskiren.
