Product use
A laxative is useful in relieving constipation and as part of a bowel cleansing regimen in preparing the colon for surgery, x-rays, or endoscopic examinations
How to use the product
Remove the orange condom from the enema before inserting it.
With constant pressure, gently insert the tip of the enema straight up, pointing its tip toward the navel.
Squeeze the bottle, it is not necessary to empty the entire bottle
Remove from the anus and maintain the position until the urge to empty becomes strong, usually 1-5 minutes

Do not use the product if you are allergic to any of the ingredients
Kidney failure patients
Not recommended for use under two years old
Do not take dibasic sodium phosphate/monosodium phosphate rectal:
congestive heart failure
Significant impairment of kidney function
Known or suspected gastrointestinal obstruction
Paralytic ileus

Other Medicines and Dibasic Sodium Phosphate/Monosodium Phosphate Rectal:
Tell your doctor or pharmacist about all the medicines you take, including prescription and over-the-counter medicines, vitamins, and herbal supplements.
It should not be given concomitantly with other sodium phosphate preparations including sodium phosphate solution or tablets.
Disturbances of electrolytes and hypovolemia due to clearance may be exacerbated by inadequate oral fluid intake, nausea, vomiting, loss of appetite, or use of diuretics (furosemide), ACE inhibitors (lisinopril, ramipril), angiotensin receptor blockers, receptor blockers angiotensin candesartan), non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (ibuprofen, diclofenac), lithium or other drugs that may affect electrolyte levels and may lead to metabolic acidosis, tetany, kidney failure, QT prolongation and, in more serious cases, organ failure, lack of Arrhythmia/cardiac arrest and death.
Lithium: Avoid the combination as it may reduce its effectiveness.
Conditions for using this enema:
Left side position: Lie on the left side with the knee bent, arms comfortably resting.
Knee and chest position: Kneel, then lower the head and chest forward until the left side of the face is resting on the surface with the left arm comfortably bent.
If you do not feel any urges after 5 minutes of use, try to empty your bowels. Call the doctor right away if no fluid comes out of the rectum after 30 minutes because dehydration may occur.
An enema should be used at room temperature.
