Instructions For Use
Download the Dexcom ONE+ app (check device compatibility at www.dexcom.com/compatibility) or use the optional receiver.
Create or sign in to your Dexcom account, enable Bluetooth, and follow in-app guidance.
Prepare the site: wash and dry hands, clean the area with alcohol, and let it fully dry.
Insert the sensor with one button press using the all-in-one applicator; smooth the patch and apply the overpatch if desired.
Enter the pairing code in the app, start the 30-minute warm-up, then view live readings and arrows.
Set high/low alerts, snooze, and Delay First High Alert to match your routine.
Add events such as meals, insulin, activity, fasting glucose, or calibration (if instructed) for richer insights.
Replace the sensor after 10 days or within the 12-hour grace period; insert the new sensor, wait 30 minutes, pair it, and end the previous session.
Do not wear during MRI or diathermy; avoid lotions, sunscreen, or repellents near the site; keep phone/receiver within 10 meters.
If no number/arrow is shown or symptoms don’t match the reading, use a blood glucose meter; note that hydroxyurea may falsely elevate readings.
