Berkeley Health Kidney Albumin Rapid Test
🌟 Berkeley Health Kidney Albumin Rapid Test 🌟
Self-test for detecting albumin in the urine.
Albumin is the most abundant plasma protein, primarily produced in the liver, making up to 2/3 of the 6-8% protein concentration in plasma. It is crucial for maintaining the colloidal osmotic pressure of the blood, regulating water exchange between the plasma and interstitial spaces (the spaces between cells). The presence of albumin in urine (albuminuria) can indicate kidney malfunction and is often associated with kidney disease or heart failure.

This test is recommended for anyone with suspected kidney issues or special conditions such as high blood pressure, diabetes, or pregnancy.
