Filtrum is a third-generation enterosorbent containing hydrolysed lignin 400 mg. It binds the causes of diarrhoea on its porous surface and carries them out of the body naturally, without being absorbed into the bloodstream.

What types of diarrhoea does Filtrum treat?
Filtrum is suitable for all types of diarrhoea: viral (such as Rotavirus and Norovirus), bacterial (such as E. coli and Salmonella), food poisoning caused by bacterial toxins, and diarrhoea associated with irritable bowel syndrome (IBS-D).

How does Filtrum stop diarrhoea?
Through adsorption: the porous lignin molecule attracts viruses, bacteria and toxins, holds them on its surface and eliminates them with the stool. This removes the cause instead of trapping it inside the gut.
