Mechanism Of Action Of Sitagliptin/Metformin
Sitagliptin inhibits the DPP-4 enzyme, increasing incretin levels, enhancing insulin release, and reducing glucagon secretion.

Therapeutic Indications Of Meligamet
Indicated to improve glycemic control in adults with type 2 diabetes mellitus inadequately controlled on metformin alone or already treated with sitagliptin and metformin separately.
Method Of Administration Of Meligamet
Take orally with meals to minimize gastrointestinal discomfort.
Swallow the tablet whole without crushing or chewing.
