Dapoxetine
Dapoxetine tablets help solve the problem of premature ejaculation in men by prolonging the period of erection before ejaculation.

This drug can improve ejaculation control, and thus may reduce frustration or anxiety about premature ejaculation, and increase sexual satisfaction. Treatment is taken approximately 3 hours before sexual intercourse, and the maximum daily dose is once a day.

Dapoxetine belongs to a group of drugs called selective serotonin reuptake inhibitors, and the effect of dapoxetine begins within 1-3 hours of taking it, and lasts between 1-2 hours.

You should stop taking dapoxetine immediately and consult a doctor if any of the following side effects occur:

Hypertension.
Ringing in the ears.
To reduce the chances of a drop in blood pressure while using the drug, the following is recommended:

Take the medicine with a full glass of water.
Not to be taken in cases of dehydration (lack of water in the body).
Do not take it if you have produced a lot of sweat in the past 4-6 hours.
Do not take it if you are suffering from a disease that leads to high fever or diarrhea.
