Product description:
Tyra 5 mg contains Tadalafil 5 mg which is a treatment for adult men with erectile dysfunction. It occurs when a man is unable to keep his penis rigid and erect for sexual activity. Tadalafil significantly improves the ability to obtain a hard erect penis suitable for sexual activity.
The ingredients:
Tyra 5 mg contains the active substance (tadalafil), which belongs to a group of medicines called phosphodiesterase type 5 inhibitors. After sexual arousal, tadalafil works by helping to relax the blood vessels in the penis, allowing blood to flow into the penis. This results in improved erectile function. It is important to know that Tadalafil does not work if there is no sexual arousal.
How Tyra works:
Tadalafil works by blocking phosphodiesterase 5 (PDE5), an enzyme that promotes the breakdown of cGMP, which regulates blood flow in the penis.
Increased levels of cyclic monophosphate (cGMP) relax smooth muscles allowing blood flow that aids in erection.
Tadalafil is an oral treatment for erectile dysfunction. It works with sexual stimulation to restore a weak erection by increasing blood flow to the penis.
Usage instructions:
The recommended dose is one tablet once a day, at least 30 minutes before sexual intercourse
Do not take Tadalafil in the following cases:
