Sapofen Junior Syrup:

Instructions for use:

Adults and children 12 years and older: 5 ml three times a day

Your doctor may reduce or increase your dose from the above based on your condition

Do not take more than 120 ml/2400 mg per day

The usual dose for children is 20 mg per kg of body weight per day in divided doses

It can be given in the following doses:

From one to two years of age: 2.5 ml three to four times a day

3 to 7 years: 5 ml three to four times a day

8 to 12 years: 10 ml three to four times a day

Warnings and precautions:

Sabofen should not be taken by children weighing less than 7 kg

This medicine should not be used for a long time

It should not be given to a child under one year of age

The most common side effects:

Constipation, diarrhea, stomach pain, upset stomach, or vomiting.

Heartburn.

Gases.

Dizziness.

Pregnancy and lactation:

Due to huge risk A doctor should be consulted in case of pregnancy and breastfeeding.
