What is Panadrex 120 mg/5 ml Syrup | 60 ml and what is used and how to use it

Panadrex syrup contains the active ingredient Paracetamol, which is considered an analgesic and antipyretic.

It is used to treat the following conditions.

fever .

toothache .

Teething pain.

Throat infections.

Warnings

Do not give the child Panadrex syrup in the following cases.

In case of hypersensitivity to the active substance or any of the ingredients.

If he is taking another compound that contains paracetamol.

How to use

Children 3 to 6 months of age: give 2.5 ml 4 times a day.

For children from 6 to 24 months: give 5 ml 4 times a day.

For children from 2 to 4 years of age: give 7.5 ml 4 times a day.

For children from 4 to 8 years of age: give 10 ml 4 times a day.

For children from 8 to 10 years: give 15 ml 4 times a day.

For children from 10 to 12 years old: give 20 spoonfuls 4 times a day.

Do not give more than 4 doses in 24 hours.

Do not give this medicine for more than 3 days without consulting your doctor or pharmacist.

The side  effects

Like most medicines, it may cause some side effects, but they are rare, and if any symptom occurs to the child, you should consult the doctor or pharmacist.

How to store the medicine

Store this medicine at a temperature below 25°C in a cool, dry place.

Keep out of reach of children.

Do not use the medicine after the expiry date which is stated on the box
