The use :

It is used to treat adults, teenagers, and older adults with constipation, including if you have been constipated for a long period of time.

How to use :

The recommended dose is 1 sachet for 1 to 3 times daily depending on how severe your constipation is

Warnings and Precautions:

Talk to your doctor or pharmacist if you develop an allergic reaction such as shortness of breath, skin rash, swelling of the face or neck, low blood pressure and dizziness. Call your doctor if symptoms do not go away

Make sure to drink plenty of fluids when taking this medication. The liquids contained in the medicine are not a substitute for the usual daily fluid intake
