Product uses

Clindamycin phosphate is an anti-infective substance that is used on the skin to treat acne in adults.

How to use the product

It is not recommended to use this product except under the supervision of a doctor or pharmacist

The recommended dose is twice a day.

Wash the affected area and apply a thin layer of the solution or lotion.

Topical lotion: Apply a thin layer of lotion to the affected area using a swab or soft cloth.

Dosages may be changed in some cases under the supervision of a physician

Pregnancy and lactation

If you are pregnant, plan to become pregnant, or while breastfeeding, consult a doctor

Talk to your doctor or pharmacist before using clindamycin if:
you have or often get diarrhea when taking antibiotics or have ever had stomach or intestinal problems. If you develop severe, prolonged, or bloody diarrhea during or after using clindamycin, tell your doctor immediately because it may be necessary to interrupt treatment. This may be a sign of inflammation of the intestine (pseudomembranous colitis) that can occur after treatment with antibiotics

You suffer from kidney or liver problems

You suffer from asthma, eczema or hay fever

You have any severe skin reactions or hypersensitivity to clindamycin

How to store the product

Keep this medicine out of the sight and reach of children

Do not use the capsules after the expiry date which is stated on the carton and blister labels

The expiration date refers to the last day of the same month

Store at a temperature below 25°C

Do not dispose of medicines in wastewater or household waste. Ask your pharmacist how to dispose of medicines you no longer use. These measures will help protect the environment
