Clarinase tablets help relieve allergies and cold symptoms by blocking the effect of the histamine that the body produces when you suffer from allergies. This medicine is loratadine, which is an antihistamine, and it also contains pseudoephedrine sulfate, which is a decongestant.

Indications:

• This medicine is used to treat symptoms of colds, sneezing, and stuffy nose.
• Treatment of allergic sinusitis.
• Reduce symptoms of sneezing, itching, watery eyes, and runny nose.

 Warnings and contraindications:

• Do not use this medicine if you are allergic to the active substance or any of the ingredients.
• It is used under the supervision of a physician for patients with weak high blood pressure or heart problems.

 How to use:

• It is used for adults: one tablet twice daily, with or after food, until the symptoms disappear.

The side effects:

• Like most medicines, it may cause some side effects, although it is not a requirement that they occur in everyone.
• Nose dryness.
• A headache.
• Palpitation.

How to store the medicine:
