How to use

Remove the tube cap

Do not use if the sachet is perforated

Open the sachet and gently squeeze the tube to release a small amount of cream

It is preferable to use Arthri Flex after a hot bath, especially in cases of muscle stiffness

The cream is placed on the affected area with a massage until the skin absorbs the cream

It is preferable to wash hands after use so that your hands are clean

Repeat use 3-4 times daily
