Erectile dysfunction

Benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH).

The mechanism of action of the drug

Tadalafil 5 mg treats premature ejaculation and erectile dysfunction in men by inhibiting the effect of (phosphodiesterase 5 enzyme) responsible for breaking down the substance responsible for relaxing the muscles of the male organ. It also treats enlarged prostate in men with other drugs.

Caveats and precautions

Tadalafil 20 mg should be used with caution in the following cases

- If you are taking nitrates such as nitroglycerine, as this medicine increases the possibility of hypotension

Tell your doctor if you are taking medicines for high blood pressure or medicines to treat low blood pressure

Stop using this product and seek immediate medical help if you develop any of the following conditions:

Tumor of the mouth, face, lips, tongue, or throat

Contraindications to the use of the drug
Do not use this product if:

Heart problems or heartbeat

Previous heart attack or stroke

Angina pectoris
